Corel smooth vector curves, but not smooth with Summa's wincut

I'm cutting custom vector decals, using Corel x5. I've done this countless times.
I am now using a new Summa and I noticed, that there is a bad chip in the cut, where the node is. I smoothed out the node, and it cuts smooth on my Roland, but when I'm ready to cut in Corel, I click on Summa's Wincut, and I see that the curves that are smooth with Corel, now become chipped as they transfer to wincut....yikes.

I tried convert outline to objects and welding and break up object, but this just seem to add more nodes.

I wonder if theres a solution, other than having to get new software. I like Corel, I been using it about 12 years.

Anybody know how to fix this.
Thanks, I love ya

Heres some pictures. ( worth a thousand words)

The smooth picture, is how it cuts using a Roland and just corel.
The un smooth photo is how it cut with corel via Summa's wincut .

What is up with this?
I look forward to a fast solution. I will call Summa tech as soon as they open.
They have been very helpful in the past
