Corel X5 and What The Font

I tried using What The Font and in the drop down menu under Text, it's greyed out?

I remember trying it early on and it worked fine, but for some reason now it's not allowing me to upload my bitmap for identification, any ideas???

you must be connected to the internet at the time of looking for the font. That was an issue I had once where it was grayed out and once I connected, it was available.

That's odd because I'm always connected to the internet? Might be something in the settings. Thanks for the idea anyway.
