Need Help Cover old scoreboard

Hello everyone!
I have a client that just asked to cover up an old scoreboard with their team logo. They don't want a banner, they want something permanent and they do not want to take down or remove the scoreboard. Just go over the top of the existing. Does anyone have suggestion and or options to get them what they need? All extruded parts on the board can be removed to make the surface flat.
