I used Ultra®Mount foam core. prints on Oracal 3165 with calendered gloss laminate and cut by hand.

How did you make the base/stands? Got any pics?

Thanks. I couldnt get decent full body pics of all of them, so I decided to use the wood at the bottom. It gives it more stability anyway. those are life sized, and I discovered that Trace Adkins wont fit through a door with his cowboy hat on. 6'6 plus the hat. I havent attached the stands yet so the customer could transport them easier, but I just made wedges out of coroplast assembled with foam mounting tape.
