Cut speed and depth for C641sr - weird holes every corner

Hello all,
I am having trouble with my cut settings. I am using Roland matte paper, I have the default blade which is a 45... In all my corners I keep getting these weird punch holes in the material... I have it set it 110 speed, .25 offset, .3 g for the other speed setting... I just want to quit wasting material, and I can't seem to find any concrete settings for high detail stickers that need to be clean cut and not have weird punch holes in EVERY corner.
I just slowed the speed down to 40, but again I don't want to waste a ton of paper trying to find the magic numbers when there are so many variables. I checked my cut paths, all my corners are circles and not boxes. Thanks everyone!!

It was on .25 offset. I have changed it to 0 offset and it seems much cleaner, but this is a short term fix more than likely. Thank you!

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
Did your machine come with a little device to set the blade depth? It looks like an offset issue for sure but offset can be affected by how much blade is stickling out as well. I'd try going higher on the offset and see if that helps if you haven't already. The offset setting on most vinyl cutters is a set value that directly relates to the blade. It's the distance between the tip of the blade and the center of the blade shaft. It looks like Mutoh doesn't do it that way and instead has you trial and error the offset setting which I assume is to take into account the variation of how people install the blade. So if you do have the blade depth tool, try using that to dial in the amount of the blade that's sticking out and then play with the offset setting and do test prints to dial that in.

Mutoh did not send anything like that as far as I am aware. I ordered new blades, a 60 and I will get the blade depth tester as well. I'm going to assume the blade could have just come damaged, as when I do the drag test and try to turn the blade it kind of snags a little. Thanks so much!!

maybe you have the blade sticking out so far that it bends/flexes on turns/corners?
uncertain if you can adjust acceleration, but a slower speed to allow the blade to make the turn would be the fix if the blade depth alone won't "cut it"
