Cutter only cutting half of the image...please help!

I am usuing a Graphtec FC8600-130 and every time i try to cut, the cutter only cuts half of the image. This happens even when i print first allowing the Graphtec to read the registration marks. Please help if you can!!!


PS: I'm usuing a Latex 310 printer with flexi Cloud

Just a shot in the dark, but I would check your graphic for a bounding box(from a mask possibly) or if your page is way bigger than your material. After that check your tile settings in Flexi.
