cutter problems

Any ideas? I am running CorelDraw X5 and a Graphtec CE2000 -60 vinyl cutter. I have been doing small cutouts about 5 “ and not have had any problems. Now when I want to do larger cutouts larger than 5” or more than 50% of original size, the cutter gets through about 80% of the cutout then I get a command error on the vinyl cutter. I have checked the cutter settings on both the computer and cutter.

Our Summa F's up when Avast Anti-virus is running in the background. Eats jobs in unimaginable ways. Shut off Avast and it'll run a 50yd roll.

Thanks I will give that a try. I am running windows xp pro virus and AVG.......Now just to figure out where to turn off all of that s#%#.
