CX font problem

I can't do anything font related...clicking on existing type or typing new text.
Program locks up when I do. Did a repair install first then a fresh install and rebooted.....
cleaned out the registry....same problem!

Now it works...I waited out the lock-up......closed program and opened
again....text tool works right away.
