The cyan is out after shortcut ! Doing head adjust, screwdriver touch headboard circuit. After that I swap the cables cyan to black and reversa, a message in panel" temp to low" and can't be turnoff only from main switch. I think the print head its out. Any help its very appreciated. Test print only fail the cyan. I return the cables to original position and its working after fuse replace but no cyan printed.
