De-gloss acrylic polyurethane paint finish

Does anyone have any suggestions for slightly de-glossing a finished touchup area of acrylic polyurethane paint? I had no option but to try to touch up a blemish in a panel finished with Matthews paint. The touch up came out great but the gloss level is substantially higher than the orignal paint finish. I'm hoping some type of chemical de-gloss would help a little but I don't work with this type of paint usually and I have no idea what might work. This is my only option at this point since the panel is part of a sign in an unveiling ceremony in 10 hours.

Rainbow brand Pumice or Rotten Stone is used to create a satin finish on high end furniture finishes. I used it to buff a black krylon finish so it looked like slate.
