Did you miss the first picture was Miller? Not only Miller but the box listed the states of the USA? Other than that the site does say from the WORLD of beer.

Does it matter? Good design knows no boundaries. It doesn't know ladders either but that's a whole different story.

Out of curiosity, on the swallowed sun label, is there a term for the hashed out drop shadow effect? I keep seeing different effects in designs that i would love to find out how to replicate but I have no idea what to even put into google.

Simple to do. Just make a copy of your letters, make a pattern of lines that follow the angle your drop shadow falls on, cut the lines from the copy and there you go. Takes a bit of tweaking but easy to do. My lines are a little heavy but you get the idea.
