I have a customer that orders reflective yellow decals from me that are used for utility boxes in different minuicipalities across the province. They order 0-9 x 200 at a time. It's a really nice order and I run them on the edge using 3m vehicle grade vinyl.
Now it seems one of the muni's has decided to go with diamond grade reflective. I know that I cant really cut them on any of our machinery without possible damage to the decals or the machines.
I figure there are 2 ways this can be done....Screen print or I could simply lay down black knockout vinyl over the yelllow and hand cut the grid out. (the decals are rectangles 2" x 1.75" )
Running a couple hundred of each may not be fesaable with screen printing\, and I would need to sub it out each time.
I guess I am wondering if this material is available in sheet form as opposed to a roll?
What are your thoughts on this?
