Digital Factory 11 losing jobs after crashes

Digital factory v11 Epson Production Edition

how to stop losing jobs/files that are in queue after the software crashes.

It seems like the only way it saves the jobs/files in queue is if digital factory is closed without crashing. But if it crashes the queue opens as it was right before digital factory was last properly shut down.

Onyx crashed too but never loses a job/file, Never had any other rip lose jobs/files after a crash

same problem here

We don’t load up our queue and usually only have a small number of jobs in the queue but we’ve never found a way to fix it

Are you short on storage?

That's crazy, such an inconvenience.

Plenty of storage, almost 2tb free
did you try running a copy ot "who crashed?"

you only need to enable logging in startup & recovery

Is this going to help if digital factory crashes/freezes and has to be forced shut down?

Windows doesn't crash
IT MAY. it is very good with driver conflict analysis

it's a great starting point

you will also want to check event viewer and see what else is happening when your program crashes.
it would be worth asking their tech support if they have a way to turn their logging on in "verbose mode"
showing other events leading up to your crash

OK Ill check it out, I'm not impressed with digital factory. Pretty slow too which is very annoying,

for example opening 20 png files that are less than a mb each will take a good minute in digital factory (without ripping), after the files are opened and nested, ripping will take another 30 seconds- 1min

the same 20 files I can open and rip in Onyx in like 15 seconds on the same computer

This wasted time ads up when printing 100s of files
