Dimensional Signs 2" thick?

Anyone know of a material or option for routing dimensional letters for an outdoor application? Anything that would be plastic injection colored like a dark green or something? Could I use signfoam?

Any ideas?

You can use HDU but check with Gemini first. It might be cheaper in the long run than trying to fabricate them yourself. Even with a router, their are a few jobs that Gemini can turn out profitably.
