Does anyone recognize this sign "kit"

Hey, I was wondering if anyone recognized this sign system? I would normally fab one up myself, but since there may be several, I was looking for a vendor. I found some similar, but not this one. Thanks in advance.

Looks like one from gopher signs, they make a fancy super durable setup for zoos and the like. Fair warning, if you ask them to quote, they will likely also quote direct to the customer, making your bid worthless. I've seen them spec'd numerous times in a very detailed description that oddly enough only describes their signs.
