GOOD MORNING EVERYONE MY LOCAL H.S. ASKED ME IF I COULD FIND A DRAGON LIFTING WEIGHTS FOR THERE WALL IN THE DRAGON DEN WEIGHT ROOM ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

THIS IS SUCH A SPECIFIC REQUEST THAT IF YOU DONT WANT SOME STUPID LOOKING CLIPART TYPE IMAGE YOU WILL MOST LIKELY NEED TO FIND A GRAPHIC ARTIST TO DO THIS RENDERING FOR YOU.

I'd contact John Deaton / ToonFactory (Member here). Spend a couple $'s and get something stellar and original. His prices are very reasonable and well worth it.
I've done biz with him many times.
Think about the possibilities that can come from it down the road . . .

Get the HS involved

Contact the AD and Principal, put the request out to have the students "create" the concept and you convert that into the wall design
You can even have them (school body) vote for the design they want
