E068 Error CR Encoder

Hi all,
I just turned on my Toucan LT and got the error above. I restarted in diagnostic mode and tested the sensor and it works fine. Has anyone seen this before? What could it mean?

Personally, I think Toucan Sam just hates me and wants some time to rest.

Check to make sure that both of the cover sensors are connected and working.

Also clean and lube the y rail

Thanks Randy. The sensors are good and I cleaned and lubed the Y rail. The error is coming up during the initialization process.
