Edge2 Graphic Sizing...

Sounds like you're using corner targets instead of just one in the center. They take up some of your usable height where the single target is within the image height. Of course, you need a Gerber plotter with a bombsight to then cut it.

I'm actually just using the one in the center but you got me on the right track thinking it might be something to do with the RIP software alignment. I changed material size in Flexi to 11.8 and told it to align right instead of centering on the material and it works fine now. ^_^

Thanks Fred.

Interesting.

Vis a vis the material height setting(s) ... the image height for the Edge is 11.8" but the available height for the plotter is 13.2". Using Omega, I quite often find that difference valuable in getting an extra label in the vertical nest because the image doesn't use bleed edges. You may want to check to see how Flexi handles that.

I have done quite a few jobs where the print falls withn the 11.8" but the decal cut is 12" or more. Comes in handy

Yeah we'll see soon enough. Gonna put it through the envision after I laminate, hopefully Flexi lines it up in the same place on both machines with the material set at 11.8. Thanks for the cut tip. :)
