Electronic Message Signs

I have an opportunity to bid on a sign that will include a small scrolling electronic message. I have not done any digital signage before. I am looking for tips and advice on finding the best products/warranty/service in my area of North Florida. Thanks!

I've been screwed by a couple. Optec has been good to me. Refuse to go cheaper.

IMO Watchfire is about as good as they get. They are usually more expensive but they have very versatile user friendly software and are easy to work on. Daktronics are good too but I just like WF's software so much more.
