Epoxy sticker maker

Hi

I have a customer that needs what they call 'bubble' stickers. A printed sticker that has a clear epoxy (?) coating that is thick and creates a 3D look. I know what they are but it's been so long I have no idea what they are called. I think it was mostly a little oven thingy to bake the epoxy so to speak. I think hobbiest are into it. Any advice on where to start looking? I created this thread on a sunday and can try and hunt down what I need this week.

Doming. It's a 2 part mix that you apply in a syringe type thing over a printed, weeded decal. The silicon release agent in the backing keeps the doming agent confined to the decal. You then take a butane torch and heat it to bring the airbubbles out. It looks really cool, but is a bit of work.
