Question Epson DX5 Mutoh Heads

I have 3 heads that have all delaminated. I've seen videos of them being repaired. Has anyone on here had luck gluing a plate back on the head?

Those videos are generally fake, or not showing the full story. Replace the heads, there isn't any way to repair or refurbish them

"Refurbished" heads are a myth. You can flush a head and put a new manifold on it but that's about it. If the piezo crystals are damaged or the physical nozzles are deformed/delaminated, there's no recovering.
