how often are we supposed to be replacing the capping station heads on the GS6000? Same frequency as the flushing pad?

when i do a nozzle check, some of the nozzles on the test print consistently do not print(even with multiple heavy cleaninings & head cleaning with cleaning cartridges!)

at this point, the preventative maintenence instructions fail me.

I was reading on some threads that it might be these caps...

They are the caps to the right od the squeegee thing, correct?

how old is your machine?
bad caps are caps that do not seal air tight. so if not air tight it will not have the proper vacuum/suction for when you do head cleanings.

it is hard to visualize. if you have nozzle drops bad caps may be or may be not the problem. could be a bad head.
