EPSON S30670 black printhead completely clogged

Hello everyone, I was having an issue with the yellow printhead, it slowly disappeared completely so I did a "head cleaning" with cleaning fluid. I installed the inks again, did a nozzle check and both yellow an black were missing. After a couple of cleaning cycles, yellow came back but I didn't have any luck with the black. I live in Bolivia, where it is very difficult to get certified technicians and supplies, so I can't use cleaning cartridges again, I'd have to wait about a month if I order them.
Does anyone know what could be causing the issue and what I can do about it?
I've tried printing only black before I do another cleaning cycle and it sometimes gives me some lines back but they disappear again.
Thank you for your help!

Thank you for your response! Do you have any idea where can i get it?
Also... why is it that the yellow ink is printing normally?
There's an option in the maintenance menu "ink refresh" does that would work? I'm sorry for all the questions, we have experience printing but not much with these technical issues.

Search EBay for the service program. It can be purchased and downloaded. Anytime you run cleaning fluid through the lines, you need to do an ink charge to completely clear the cleaning fluid out of the system. I just "repaired" a similiar Epson that was missing 1 channel each on the both heads this way. The customer did multiple cleanings to no avail. A single ink charge fixed the issue. I do not believe this is a part issue.

Thank you! I will do that.

I did an ink charge and it apparently worked, i printed a nozzle check and it showed some lines. However, after a light cleaning cycle it was back to none :(
