I had the printer on a laptop (Windows 11) working perfectly fine. We upgraded to a new desktop with Windows 11, but faster and more memory. Tried to reinstall the setup program and the new computer will not recognize the printer, I have changed out USB cables from a know good source. I even tried to hook it up with an ethernet cable but it still refused to see the printer. I deleted the license off of the other computer also. And just like everyone else, I need this working ASAP. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions I'm all ears. TIA
