Epson SC-F570 Will not Connect!

I had the printer on a laptop (Windows 11) working perfectly fine. We upgraded to a new desktop with Windows 11, but faster and more memory. Tried to reinstall the setup program and the new computer will not recognize the printer, I have changed out USB cables from a know good source. I even tried to hook it up with an ethernet cable but it still refused to see the printer. I deleted the license off of the other computer also. And just like everyone else, I need this working ASAP. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions I'm all ears. TIA

since it is windows 11...
be sure in network advanced sharing settings the pc is discoverable and sharing is enabled
OF COURSE be sure you can ping the ip the printer is set up for
be sure your network is PRIVATE, NOT PUBLIC
