Error msg: HEAD-MEM:1/ Image MEM:128MB

Hello guys, I need a help from you.

This morning I turned on my jv33-160, and appeared a screen msg
"construction device", after this a msg "Analyzing" after some minutes waiting, I pressed the Enter button, and appeared like a result the last msg "HEAD-MEM:1/Image-MEM: 128MB".

I turned off and let down for 15 minutes and when turned on still showing "HEAD-MEM:1/Image-MEM: 128MB", If anyone know about a solution plz give a help.
I will attach the picture of the msg.

in the process of turning it off, turn off the back, unplug the back, and press the front power button four times. that's the only way to discharge capacitors completely.
