Evo 60952 Bench - 1 piece or 2 piece top?

I am getting this to match my Evo- E2 104" trimmer. What are the advantages / disadvantages to getting a one piece or 2 piece work top?

you can use any table to mount it as long as you can get the top of the table nice and flat. We just screwed ours into our work top, just an idea to save some money. Also, if your table is longer it gives you a little more flexibility and easy handling with prints longer than 104" .

Ours is 124" and we mounted it to a make-shift table on horses. We put 3/4" planks on top and have a seem at about 8'. There are shims built into the unit, but we shimmed our table first, made it flat and then used the shims with the unit to do a final 100% job. Cuts beautifully, still after some 5 years of having it.
