exported eps files have open shapes when there were none

WTF is wrong with this software. I have been screwed by eps files created from cdl files. I now have to re import them to check and everytime there are dotted lines indicating open shapes. Is there a fix for this. I almost had 100 screen printed signs ruined because of this issue.

Not sure if this will help you situation, but it caved me a ton of work when I had to take exported CAD files and make them ready for CNC.
