Hello all, I am looking for advice on what substrate material to use.
I am Replacing old signs that are falling apart, the vinyl is curling and coming up. They will be 4'x4' White substrate (1/2" to 1/4" thick) with cut vinyl they are hung between 2 wooden post . I was thinking of using oracle 751. But I would like the signs to last as long as possible while being out in the hot summer sun. I may use printed vinyl if I can upsale in the future.
Thanks

I'd use polymetal for the face, attached to a frame made from 2"x2" square aluminum tubing. Use a 8 year cast vinyl. But then again, it all depends on the design and necessary engineering to make it work. What does your layout look like?
