probably best to just go to a local metal fab shop

That is a really nice fab job. We have made these roof brackets with slotted angle bolted at the corners. Mount the slotted angle on the roof (put a piece of rubber roof membrane down first and seal the penetrations well.). Then you adjust the other two pieces to level and the thru bolt the sign. Paint the angle prior to install to match the roof.

These are clamped right on the ribs of the awning

My tech could weld that and make it for you, however it's quite a long way away.
