FB950 headboard UV communication time out.

My FB950 showed an strange error all time that headboard UV communication time out. when it happened then my head board stop working. Please help me about this. my LVDS cable is new.

I'll ask my printer guy Monday morning about it, we have the same printer but I don't even know how to turn it on.

hi, how do you solved it?
it was the data cable? (not lvds cable)
