Fellers?

I figure it's just a matter of time before Grimco's acquisition snowball leads to even more decay. Another industry that is seeing huge consolidation, so only a matter of time before things get way worse and way more expensive.
I talked to my old Fellers rep last night and we shall see tomorrow Oct 9th . Fellers will be making some announcements about the changes

I like making signs
I was customer #4. I was almost one of the initial customers and always got good service. My rep was great and when I started the cowboy's uncle was running the show and frank was sewing the banners in his garage. That's all they did in the beginning, then they started to branch out, the uncle was gone and they changed their name a few times and became a really big todo. When frank was still running the show, he started giving in to all kindsa stuff and then sold it. The new owners is about the time, I left after I went through some of their shenanigans. Wasn't worth the hassles. They adopted a NO tolerance attitude and that just wasn't what the company stood for all those years...... so fugem.
I remember the catalogs they would send out. Frank always had a cowboy hat on and he was pictured throughout the catalog. Per the website, this is the garage...

As of today Fellers is no longer a Mutoh dealer. Any printers in warranty need to be transferred to another dealer. Fellers Tech Bob Bodnar is working out the details to move over to Glanz, I am retiring. I highly encourage you to call Mutoh at (480) 968-7772 and have your account transferred to Glanz.
Yes we are helping out Fellers Mutoh customers. Bringing in more inventory to support. Glad to help out for sure.

Garry, I’ve have several customers call me directly asking how to get support. Fellers call support is dead. Can you post some phone numbers for their benefit?

We too are carrying high Mutoh ink stock and are Mutoh's largest parts dealer. Glantz is probably the better option for in warranty work due to their many locations but if you're working on your own machine, we've helped thousands of sign shops get back up and running. Many of our customers are out of tech range. 303-733-6671

Absolutely. I’ve recommended SolventInkJet to hundreds of people.
If you need a good independent tech for out of warranty work, JC Chaverra is located in Orlando at (305) 988-0455. He asked me to post his number, btw.

Good Morning - we had a meeting yesterday specifically about supporting customers that need Mutoh ink. So all of our support team is in the loop. You can use our main number and it will route you to the nearest branch. That way you can talk with someone - 1-866-645-2689. Feel free to contact us! I'll keep an eye out as well.

Man who touches printers inappropriately.
The Grimco beast grows.

They suck so bad at stocking ink, we've literally started stocking it ourselves for locals.

Well Glanz bought all the Mutoh inventory and equipment sales Mike Powell is now a Mutoh employee. The Teams Meeting for whoever is still on staff is at 2 pm CT. For everyone else, the Teams meeting is when you are terminated.

Yeah sounds like they are liquidating everything. I dont think Grimco would buy them at this point I see it just going away.

At least here, Grimco seems to have just bought GSG to burn it to the ground essentially. Might just be a purchase of name, customer lists and stuff like that. Equity probably gutted all the real estate and other assets.
