Whoop de doo. So Platinum Equity now owns Fellers 100% but they are keeping current management. Big Fail.

From what I've researched, American Pacific Group was who owned Fellers and Platinum Equity helped finance it. So I guess PE must have bought out APG of their ownership. Glad it's not Grimco!

But with current management, nothing will change. And PE took it from APG because of the debt being in arrears.

Firing all the sales people that had relationships with customers and bringing in a whole new crew of people with zero knowledge. Training is obviously not on their list of things to do. Now I’m getting calls from “my new rep” asking if I’m okay and needs anything today ….. seriously. They taking a page from Grimco playbook and hope that calling customers 2-3 times a week will make me all of a sudden buy more ..NOT

Man who touches printers inappropriately.
Just mark the calls as spam if they call your cell phone, get 20-ish people to do that and it basically poisons their phone number. Cold-call sales are stupid, and it's good to treat them like any other annoying telemarketer.

Go Bills!
Private equity buys successful companies so they can squeeze every penny out of them, take out loans to pay themselves back for the purchase and then burn the company to the ground.

When I bought my house 20 years ago one of the bonuses was I had a Fellers right down the road. So it was easy to run by and grab something if needed. But then prices started getting out of control so I rarely used them unless it was an emergency. Over the last few years, every time I order something from them I get an email stating they don't have the roll in stock in the entire country and I need to choose a different material. I'm over it at this point.

This is all good info to know.
I had a problem with the phone call to Fellers to complain about getting the product. It sounded like kids or chickens in the background. when I was complaining in the email about not getting the product, they were worried more about the noise in the background than whether I could be satisfied by getting me the products I ordered.
