Fitting a 8'x4' digital print onto a 8'x4' sheet

yep, same here, we always put a 1/4 or 1/2 inch bleed, then trim around the edges, at least that way you have covered yourself just incase.QUOTE]

We always use a 1/2" Bleed on 4x8 Panels.

My question then is how do you get the middle 8'x4' correctly positioned/sized in a 24'x4' sign?
Because their is no way of fitting it as one complete print.

SC

One of two methods can be done. First is to print it the entire 24' run and apply to the first panel then where ever the cut is will start the application to the second and so forth. The second wich is easier for us is to print the middle and lay the section first. Then print the sides and run it 4" over with about a 1-2" over lap on the mid section. Allign, cut, and apply.

Are you using a Cold Water application fluid? I always get shrinkage in cold water:ROFLMAO:
Sorry
