Ok guys im new here. I bought Flexi 7.6v2 with a PrismJet 48 outdoor and Vinyl Express Q130 from a bank. Ive put in the rebuild kit the CMKY sells for the Prismjet got it printing and ready to go. I cant get Flexi to recognize
the Q130 it doesnt have it on the add menu in production manager. Ive downloaded the driver ect tried to put it as a Graphtec 7000-130 still no go. Im hooking it up threw USB and it only gives me the Graphtec usb as an option and it say's port write error and wont work! Help please i have my shop set up and ready to open the doors but i cant cut anything!!!

Chris, from your post it appears Signwarehouse wasn't able to help you with your communication issue. Try calling Graphtec http://graphtecamerica.com/support/ and sending their support an email. Graphtec is not real good at answering the phone; but they do respond to emails. You may want to try this website at Signwarehouse http://signwarehouse.com/support/ Finally, you may find this Flexi website to be helpful http://www.saintl.biz/Support18.asp
