Flexi keeps shutting down when I make a color change

Running Flexi 19 subscription and I find the software pretty stable until today. I have a file that is just vector print and cut graphics exported across from Signlab. I guess I made the file from a few older Signlab files and there must have been 3 different blues, but really they are all going to be the same when I print.

I am trying to change the colour to a specific rgb value and each time I make the change the program just completely shuts down with no warning. I changed one of the blues to the rgb color and it is fine, but the other two colors refuse to cooperate.

This is a new one to me. Maybe upload the file here (zip) and someone can spot the issue or may be able to correct it as it could be a problem with your specific build.
