Flexi not cutting the whole job

We print on a HP 365 and the cutting is done on a 64" HP Cutter.

When the cutter reads the barcode cutting starts as usual but is stops
about 200mm from the end of the job, we then have to then turn the job
around and have it read the barcode from the other end to be able to cut the last 200mm.

Has anybody experienced this and does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

We are running Flexi Build 4812

I have seen this happen, when the cutter was connected through Ethernet, but not with USB and not all Windows versions...

Same issue with a Summa S2T140. I'm using the previous build for cutting until I kick Flexi to the curb. I like the user interface, but the constant bugs aren't worth it.

Open Production Manager, open the Default Job Properties, then the Cutter Options, then the "After Job"-Tab and set there "@;". Save it.

The attached screendump is out of Flexi 25, not sure if it looks the same at your version.

If it only happens with Ethernet connection, Your Network settings or cabling are wrong.

It happens in the past that Flexi don´t send a correct end of file command. What leads to that when cutting panelled jobs, the last panel won´t be cutted. @; is an older EOF-command, works with most summa cutters, and if you set it as parameter to "End of Job", it could help.

I'm going to assume this is NOT your issue... but anytime i used flexi in the past and this happened it was because the material length was not long enough to finish the cutpath... it would be long enough to allow it to read the leaf or roll when set up on the plotter, but not in actuality to run the cut... My experience this happened on mimaki so I cant say this is your issue... If you have more than a few inches at the end of your crop marks then completely disregard my comment here... If not, try just giving yourself double the backend length of your material...
