Flexi not finishing print

Starting yesterday when printing our Epson s40600 through flexi 75% of files are not sending entirely...It will show the file sent 100% in production mananger but will not finish on printer. Sometimes its at the end but sometimes like just now i printed 8' and it sent 100% and printed 2' Any help is great as we cannot be wasting and have like 40' going out today

I would suspect the cable from rip to printer first...is it USB? how long is it?

Yeah, it's usually going to be a communication issues. Check the cables as mentioned. Make sure no settings on the computer got changed like power saving settings that turn the network off or hard drive after a certain amount of time. Does that model have a memory check function? If so, you might want to run it. It could be corrupted or malfunctioning memory on the main board.

got it fixed we contacted support and they basically updated a few things and redownloaded software. i like using it but we've had more issues in the last 2 years with it crashing and print problems then ever before. normally we don't care but with rising costs of their subscriptions its made me think i might need to look elsewhere

were just so used to using it to cut out of after printing its just easier
