Flexi position print problem

Hi ,i use flexi 19 ,
In flexi set up printing position for example x150y150mm
Go to RIP and print (printmon) y distance print ok but x print always ziro.
No mather of what,x print always ziro.
I have feeling that this function useless ask seller and he agree that this current version of software not suported this function.
Does any bady what could tobe problem,i hope so that is not machine.

Uncheck the box next to " reset" at the bottom left.
Should be good to go...

That's why it's centering on the media size instead of the front of the material..
