do you update your computer? what version of flexi?
Check if any windows updates got installed. Unplug every device you can, usb drives, etc. Try running MSCONFIG and selecting "diagnostic startup" reboot and try to run Flexi.
and cut those updates off on your computer! not necessary!
reinstall flexi
That didnt work for me including clearing preferences, and tech even removed and reinstalled multiple times. At 1 point, tech installed an older version for me till they figured it out on their end.Anytime Flexi becomes unstable like this it is normally best to clear preferences. We created the video at the below link to walk you thru clearing preferences in Flexi.
Just one warning, clearing preferences deletes the below information from Flexi and Production Manager and it will not be recoverable. Only do this as a last resort, especially if you have unfinished jobs in production manager that you need.
Jobs in Production Manager for all Devices.
Default job properties for the device drivers, it is best to take screen shots or write them down.
Device Drivers in Production Manager for all Devices (it keeps any profiles so you will not loose them).
Any customization to the Flexi Design Window.
Clear Preferences in SAi Flexi

That is what clearing preferences does.Would cleaning out your temp files help in the matter?
Ive had the same issue with Flexi. Best thing to do is have them remote into your PC. I had them working on mine almost weekly. Each time Flexi techs blame it on something else then throw their hands up. Last time they told me that I had too many nodes for Flexi and it crashed, yet Corel, Adobe and Serif have no issue with them. This is a pain to the point, Im looking at other software.
Personally as someone who's built pcs since Win 95, I think Flexi has compatibility issue with certain graphics cards.
