I need to carry 2'x16' 3/16 lexan with orcal 8500 applied in cargo van.

job site is 2hrs away.

If I roll that lexan with vinyl on it will there be any damage?

how do you guys move any substrate longer than 10ft?

Thank you

Should be fine. We have a flatbed trailer that we use, but have still had to roll polycarb for transport.

Roll it with the vinyl out. Duct Tape and Wrap it well. There will be a lot of pressure on it, so be careful when opening it up.

roll vinyl facing out, We use ratchet straps with rags or cardboard to protect the plastic from getting scratched by the straps

I always put a couple of runs of tape across the end that I roll in so it won't put scratches when you first start to roll it.
