Unfortunately, no. They said this was the first they'd heard of this problem and would 'look into it'.

Maybe if you set those for a specific folder and then try a test? Probably not but might be worth looking at.Of course you have searched your hard drives for *.fs ?(or whatever extention you are looking for). Or make a file and save it and search for that specific name...

I'll try that test and see what happens. Yes, I've searched for the file but with no luck. Will let you know how the test goes.

Tried it. That's what's driving me crazy, I've tried everything that SHOULD fix it, but no dice.

Re-install the Flexi software into a clean directory and re-try.

IE: c:/program files/SAI_NEW/... rather than c:/program files/SAI/...

I think it's an issue with Flexi 10. Try upgrading to Flexi 10.5 PDF.

This upgrade was a Pay upgrade and is no longer available.
