Font Help-Customer LOGO - They just don't have the Vector File...Really?

This is the png file the person wants to use and at 8'X8' it's really blurry, and so I need help with the font for Gala's.

And get rid of that stupid-looking swash on the "a". That's not how calligraphy works — the "a" and "s" should be connected, even when there's an apostrophe.

The "G" looks Champignon, but that "l" looks like Sloop Script Three. Maybe you can combine the 2 and get a nice result.

As ugly as it is, it is part of the swooshes in this font. I agree it is horrid.
