Font Help Please

Can anyone ID this?

My guess is a vertically stretched and italicized...

KABEL BLACK...with altered "W", mirrored "A"s and
straight stroked converted to curved strokes.

 

[chopper]

it matches up with cableult except for the wave in the H is that from scanning or is the wave meant to be there?
I think it is slightly modified vertically and stretched horazontally as shovelhead stated.
