I'm guessing you have a mixture of fonts in that example.
I'd say "ALL" is Usuzi Italic stretched vertically and "coat" looks to be SF Automaton Condensed Oblique also vertically stretched and slightly modified on the "a" - alternately you might want to check out the sci-fi fonts on dafont.com.

Thanks for your help Gene. I was looking forever it seemed like. I ended up just hand tracing the letters. Nothing I could find matched well enough.
