Font Help Please!

Is this a custom font? ... I havent been able to locate a font to match the "t"

It doesn't look custom, but then I'm been told I'm not a font-finding type person, so I guess you'll have to wait for the font kings to come in.

Its the font for the marriott hotels but everytime we get a logo its outlined and we only got a jpeg on this

My understanding is that the Marriott font is an exclusive font.

That is what I also think, my boss thinks otherwise but I have had to recreate marriott logos before and never have had luck finding the font!
