Part of the Bickham font family (very elegant). Called Bickham Swash Capitals.
The only place I could find a sample of the Swash Capitals is here...

The serif font is too small to see serif details and I use memory to recognize fonts so maybe Fred's handy dandy font tool can do that one.

"ARDENS" looks like it's in the Garamond family of fonts.
