Font ID help please

I am trying to currently re-create this logo, but I can't find the "Hayes" and "Bakery & Cafe" fonts any help would be much appreciated.

Also, what is the easiest way/best program to use to go through my fonts to get a possible font match, right now I just manually go through all of them...

I use an online service called WhatTheFont. It works great. Just upload an image:
