Too small for me to work with.

It is tiny, but based on the capital "R", I would bet Arial.

ya i know very small but thats all i have....ill be working on it

It's.....

Arial Bold distorted horizontally.
Here's a tip....take the original Arial response
and overlay it on your bitmap to see if it's correct.
