Looks to be a poor quality version or hand rendered Eras Bold or Eras Ultra. The "a" is indicative of Gerbers Version of Eras Bold. That "a" can rarely be found as an Alt. to the standard "a" found in most all versions of Eras. It is usually recreated by cutting off another letter such as a "q" or cutting and flipping or otherwise modifying another character. The sample looks minus skewed a bit.
