Font ID Please

This font is used in the LongHorn Steak House logo. I do not need the logo, but I used this font recently for a customers job and I would like to use it again for more of their work but I converted it to outlines and now I cant remember the font! errr, one of them moments of why I didn't make a note of it in the file.
